Inês works as a graphic designer. She has a passion for illustration, art history, museums and film. She graduated in Communication Design at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon, FBAUL, (2014-2017), and has a masters in Museology and Museography from the same school (2017-2020). She started working in the Municipality of Vila Franca de Xira (Lisbon, Portugal) in 2021, specifically, at the Museu do Neo-Realismo. Currently working as a graphic designer in the same Municipality.
Drawing has always been a need for her. The love for illustration started when realizing one can tell their stories (or someone else's) through the lines, shapes and colors of a drawing.
Inês loves portraying the light, the colors and the people that she finds in her daily life, in memories, in film, or anything that inspires her to do so, through mainly colored pencils and sometimes with oil pastels or gouache.
